According to sunnews "Police operatives have arrested a man with a locally made double barrel
gun and three toy guns at the Tolu area of Ajegunle, Lagos. The police
are investigating to know what the man who residents described as
mentally unbalanced was doing with guns. The man simply identified as
Monday was arrested in an abandoned school described by the police as
hideout for armed robbers. While some residents believed that Monday is
insane, others said he is an armourer to armed robbers".
Hmm why is he claiming Madness!!
