Margaret Thatcher, Britain's first female PM, dead at 87

She was called the "Iron Lady" for her personal and political toughness. 

Thatcher died this morning following a stroke. She was 87.

According to shieldsgazettenews "Her spokesman Lord Bell said: “It is with great sadness that Mark and Carol Thatcher announced that their mother Baroness Thatcher died peacefully following a stroke this morning.
