DONT BE ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
Being born again should be a thing of joy and not for you to be ashamed, imagine you being in this world and not knowing why you are here and not knowing who brought you here. you obviously wouldn't have a sense of direction.
I said it's a thing of joy because you are being drawn closer to the creator of the universe, the one who made the world that we live in. when you were in sin and in the world, you were far from him, but he has drawn you close to him so that you may know him and abide in him and him in you.
all of a sudden you now have a sense of direction and now know where you are heading to in life.
For a second, just imagine the one who created the whole universe calling you to be his son or daughter..
THE ONE WHO CREATED THE UNIVERSE LOVES YOU WOW!!
Now you know who God is…
Therefore it should be a thing of joy INDEED!!
